On Saturday, August 6 at 10:30am-noon, Merril Hirsh, FCIArb, will be moderating a panel at the ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco entitled “Is There a Better Way? Strategic Use of Special Masters To Improve Judicial Efficiency and Reduce Litigation Cost.”  The panel includes the Hon. Jan R. Jurden, President Judge of the Superior Court of Delaware, the Hon. Charles N. Clevert, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Supreme Court Special Master Kristin Linsley, and Native American law specialist Robert Saunooke.  The program is jointly sponsored by the ABA’s Judicial Division and Dispute Resolution Section.
